We currently have an overflow of ready-to-go buyer and seller appointments, all generated from our proven reverse prospecting system. Every appointment is vetted and booked by our Inside Sales Team — no cold calls required. 1,000+ new leads every week 2–3 booked appointments per agent last week alone Clients who said "YES" and are ready to take action But here's the thing — we don’t have enough agents to cover them all.

• Host monthly open houses (we’ll supply the leads!)

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Available full-time and committed to your success
• Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Tech-savvy, organized, and goal-oriented
• Positive attitude with a growth mindset

Compensation:
$75,000-$150,000 per year
