Our marketing engine spins out hundreds of verified, hand‑raised leads every month. Your mission: start conversations, book qualified appointments for our closers, and keep the pipeline overflowing. You’re the first voice prospects hear—and the spark that turns interest into revenue.

What You’ll Do
  • Dial, Text, & DM Daily – 150+ touches to connect, qualify, and schedule calls
  • Own Your Cadence – Use our CRM to track follow-ups, manage sequences, and never let a lead slip
  • Ask Smart Questions – Uncover pain points and maintain quality conversation for more than 10 minutes
  • Handle First‑Line Objections – Position value, disarm concerns, and secure the meeting
  • Feed the Pipeline – Hit (and beat) weekly appointment targets that keep our closers busy
  • Collaborate & Level‑Up – Swap call recordings, role‑play weekly, and sharpen each other’s skills

Must‑Haves
  • 1–3 years in high‑volume phone, inside‑sales, or SDR/BDR role
  • Comfortable making 100+ touches/day and managing multi‑channel sequences
  • Quick on your feet with objections; laser‑focused on booking qualified meetings
  • CRM fluent (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar) and video‑call savvy
  • Track record of hitting—and ideally crushing—KPIs
