We’re now hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help convert warm leads into real opportunities and fuel our next phase of growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:Follow up with inbound leads, referrals, and warm contacts — no cold prospecting
Book qualified appointments for our coaching and consulting services
Nurture leads via phone, DM, text, and email to move them through our sales funnel
Use and improve upon existing scripts and frameworks
Keep track of activity, follow-up timelines, and lead notes in our CRM
Consistently hit weekly/monthly booking and performance targets
1–2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills — you sound confident and clear
Motivated, coachable, and comfortable working toward weekly goals
Detail-oriented and organized — you don’t let leads slip through the cracks
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales process workflows
Desire to grow into higher-level sales roles within the company
Guaranteed Base Pay: $40,000 annually
Commission Opportunities:
Make an additional $10K if you’re a good SDR
Make an additional $20K–$25K if you’re a great SDR
Total earning potential capped at $65,000
Clear Growth Path: Move into higher-level sales roles based on performance
15 Days Paid Vacation, plus select company holidays (e.g., national holidays observed as company-wide days off)
Manageable Work/Life Balance: Hours are flexible and agreed in advance
Warm Lead Pipeline: You’ll be working with people already familiar with us, who’ve previously engaged or invested in our services
Note: Health insurance is not currently offered as part of this role

Compensation: $40,000 base + commissions (up to $65,000 OTE)
