Security Associate 2nd Shift – Hilton Grand Vacations Responsibilities

• Perform periodic and random inspections of the building and grounds to protect property from theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents.
• Maintain inspection reports and records, advise management of deficiencies and recommend remedial or disciplinary actions.
• Investigate all security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards, and prepare a complete report including statements from involved parties and witnesses.
• Provide assistance to team members, guests, and owners within departmental and company guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding guest/owner service at all times, including answering inquiries, directing traffic, providing directions, delivering packages, and general problem solving.
• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the resort to observe and identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions.
• Perform basic first aid and CPR as needed.
• Carry out reasonable requests from management.
• Be available to work any night of the week, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to patrol the property for 8–9 hours at a time.
• Ability to greet and interact with guests in a friendly and effective manner.
• Full availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous computer experience and excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills to write incident reports.
• Prior security experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Military or law enforcement background.
• Current First Aid/CPR certifications.
