Salary

$115,000 plus bonus

Position Summary

In this full-time role, you will provide psychiatric care to patients/residents in approximately 15 care facilities per month (within a 60-mile radius). The exact territory radius and facility types vary based on location but can be made up of a combination of nursing, group, or long-term care. Acuity levels and patient populations can all vary based on location.

Requirements

• Daily travel required
• Board Certified PMHNP license
• Ohio license
• Active and unrestricted DEA
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (with an acceptable driving record)
• Energetic and ambitious attitude
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Proficient computer skills (bonus if experience working with Gerimed EMR)
