The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives and cycle counts.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Add Value.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach merchandise overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete training successfully.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts if aged 18+.
• Physical activities include sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
