Celina Tent, Inc (CELINA) is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to help grow our industrial business through proactive customer outreach, sales support, and strong follow-through.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team to develop opportunities, support industrial customers, prepare quotes, coordinate orders, and keep the sales process moving. You’ll also manage relationships with assigned small and mid-sized customers while identifying opportunities to expand their use of CELINA products.

What You’ll Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Conduct outbound prospecting, follow-up, and campaign outreach to generate and develop qualified sales opportunities.
• Provide day-to-day sales coordination and support for CELINA’s Outside Sales Representatives, Industrial.
• Manage relationships with assigned small and mid-sized industrial customers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on customer needs, timing, application, and fit.
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and provide basic product guidance.
