RCS Construction is looking for someone to assist us in our IT department. Our ideal candidate will have a Low Volt or IT background and enjoys working on Audio/Video projects. This position will be based out of our Celina, OH office and is full time, first shift.
Responsibilities Include:- Assist with low volt applications such as door access, security cameras, data, video and audio cabling
- Run, pull, label and connect wiring and cable
- Assist with the set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of all A/V, projections, lighting, conference equipment, devices and systems
- Assist with hardware and software upgrades
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Assist and instruct clients regarding proper usage and operations of A/V equipment
- Provide in person and remote technical assistance as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Ability to travel between divisions, mostly St. Henry and Piqua
- Background in Networking or Audio and Video installation
- Experience with power and hand tools
- IT troubleshooting
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
