Tax Accountant

A respected financial services firm is hiring a Tax Accountant to support the preparation and review of complex tax returns across individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to deepen their tax expertise in a collaborative, process-driven environment.

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for:
• Individuals
• Partnerships
• Corporations
• Trusts
• Analyze financial data to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate work papers and clearly document tax positions
• Assist with internal reporting and return status tracking
• Stay informed on tax law changes and participate in internal training sessions

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation (required)
• 2+ years of tax experience, Federal & State (individual, S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships, trusts, foundations, retirement plans, etc.)
• CPA (preferred) or actively pursuing certification required
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Exposure to a wide variety of client types and entity structures
• Emphasis on learning, consistency, and professional growth
