Certified Collectibles Group - International Shanghai Ltd. is our China subsidiary of Certified Collectibles Group, LLC, a multi-divisional US-headquartered, global organization which specializes in the third-party expert authentication, grading and conservation of collectibles, including coins, currency, comics, trading cards, sports cards and so much more. CCG – International Shanghai is seeking highly motivated, team focused, detail orientated Numismatic Verification Specialist to join our multi-divisional global organization.

Our Numismatic Verification Specialist provides exceptional review, and verification of customer submissions while maintaining production timelines with superior accuracy. As a Verification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our operation by reviewing and verifying customer submissions of collectibles. With an understanding of coins, tokens and/or medals, you will ensure the accuracy of our database entries, contributing to the overall grading process.

Your attention to detail and proficiency in research and data entry will help maintain our company's reputation for delivering exceptional results to our clients, all while adhering to strict production timelines.

• Verification & Validation
  :
  Perform detailed verification and validation of collectible submissions (coins, tokens and/or medals) or post-grading label creation, ensuring that all details, such as characters, edition, language, and other key indicators, are accurately recorded on company’s system or printed on grading label.
• Data Entry: Accurately input item-specific data into our proprietary system, including item numbers, descriptions, and other relevant details that make each collectible unique.
• Research & Identification: Utilize internal databases to confirm the authenticity and origin of submitted items, escalating complex cases to as needed.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve discrepancies between customer submissions and received items.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy of all entries and maintain consistency in data across multiple platforms.

• Numismatic Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of coins, tokens and/or medals is required.
• Data Entry & Receiving: Prior experience with receiving and data entry is preferred but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy and a strong eye for detail in reviewing and verifying items.
• Research: Proficient in conducting research to identify and verify Numismatic details.

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to partner with, raise concerns, or propose solutions to managers, supervisors and colleagues across the production line, or with cross-functional teams.
