Join H&R Block as a seasonal Receptionist (Client Service Professional). You will play a key role in welcoming clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience.

Typical DayAs a receptionist, you will greet clients, direct them to the appropriate tax professional, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support. You will maintain office cleanliness and help ensure all client needs are met, both in person and virtually.
What You'll Bring- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Previous sales/marketing or customer‑service experience.
- Fast‑paced environment experience and strong multi‑tasking skills.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Pay Range$11.00 - $27.00 per hour (local minimum wage laws apply).
