The Subcontracts Administrator II is responsible for managing the lifecycle of subcontracts from initial solicitation through contract close-out. This role includes developing subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, negotiating contract terms, and managing supplier relationships. They will have intermediate knowledge of subcontract management and contract law, an understanding of cost analysis, pricing, and proposal evaluations, and familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation techniques.

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of moderate to complex subcontract agreements, ensuring effective oversight from initiation to closeout. You will conduct cost and price analyses to ensure fair and reasonable pricing while monitoring subcontractor performance and compliance with contract requirements,
