Business Development Representative; Construction

Overview

Global Construction, an entity of Kapella Group, is hiring a Business Development Representative for its construction and renovation division based in Centennial, CO. This role reports to the VP of Business Development and the Marketing Director and is responsible for cultivating new business within the commercial construction and renovation sectors.

Global Construction is an established construction/renovation company with the main office in Centennial, CO, and operations in KS, AZ, TX, WA, OR, and FL. Our primary focus is on the commercial construction sector within multifamily, assisted living facilities and hospitality.

$60,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Salary is base pay plus commissions and bonuses as applicable.

• Cultivating new commercial construction/renovation opportunities.
• Developing new relationships and new contracts.
• Continuing existing relationships with clients.
• Cold calling and prospecting.
• Collaborating with marketing and business development to grow the clientele.
• Providing ongoing client support and development.

• Strong communication skills and personal values.
