- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and interpret blueprints
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks
- Construction Management:
Experience managing construction projects - Blueprints:
Ability to review and interpret blueprints - Installation:
Knowledge of installation processes - Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning: HVAC system knowledge
- Preventive Maintenance:
Experience with preventive maintenance procedures
- AutoCAD:
Proficiency in AutoCAD software - Electrical:
Electrical system knowledge
- OSHA Certified
- Background Checks
- Troubleshooting
- Minimum Salary: $62,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $72,000.00
