Superintendent, Construction

Total Compensation Package:
Up to $350,000

A leading General Contractor with 500+ employees is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join its team on a major 300MW hyperscale data center project in Colorado.

The company has an established reputation for delivering large-scale, technically complex construction projects across the US and is a recognised leader in the mission-critical sector, partnering with some of the world's largest technology companies.

The Role

As Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day field operations, managing subcontractors, coordinating construction activities and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily site operations and construction activities.
• Managing subcontractors, trade partners and field personnel.
• Coordinating construction sequencing, schedules and project milestones.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers and other site leadership.
• Monitoring productivity, quality control and installation progress.
• Identifying and resolving site issues, delays and construction conflicts.
• Coordinating inspections, testing, commissioning and project handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience working on mission-critical, advanced technology or data center projects.
• Strong background in field operations and subcontractor management.
• Experience coordinating complex construction schedules and multiple trades.
• Strong understanding of construction safety, quality control and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, technically demanding construction environment.

Data center experience is highly relevant, although candidates with experience delivering other mission-critical or advanced technology facilities are also encouraged to apply.

• Total compensation package up to $350,000.
