Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

What You Will Do
  • Increase efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining financial organization and tracking of electrical projects
  • Create and communicate company standards for estimating electrical design/build and plans and specs work
  • Create, maintain and upgrade the company estimating system, database (units and prices), and assemblies
  • Manage assigned projects from start to completion
  • Organize information so the Project Managers can purchase materials directly from data generated in Accu Bid
  • Prepare permits, project schedule, PO buyouts, project strategy, submittals, shop drawings, budget, and schedule of values for project startup
  • Maintain daily affairs to stay within budget, address change orders, and prepare billing with project teams
  • Maintain project organization and tracking including subcontractor performance, material tracking, and coordination of submittals by other trades
  • Execute project closeout including preparation of O & M manuals, review/submission of as-built drawings

What You Will Bring
  • Minimum of 3 years’ project controls/coordination experience and/or electrical estimating experience
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of the electrical industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work in a diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills;
    Highly competent in MS Office suite, Accubid, Visio, and CAD, and capable of learning quickly
  • Motivation, attention to detail, and a refusal to accept second best
