Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Engineer/Project Engineer to join a growing team in Centennial, CO. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering principles and project management, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and design reviews to ensure project requirements are met.
- Utilize engineering software and tools to perform complex calculations and simulations.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Oversee the work of junior engineers and provide mentorship and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
