As a Structural Engineer you will:

• Design and analyze structural systems for diverse projects – from residential renovations to small commercial builds, working on short timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Spend 20–40% of your time in the field conducting structural inspections, foundation assessments, and forensic evaluations.
• Collaborate & communicate directly with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative solutions that meet tight deadlines.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents while ensuring compliance with building codes.

• Self‑starter looking to grow with a small, ambitious engineering firm with advancement opportunities.
• Someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands (or shoes) dirty and get the job done.
• Strong communicator who can discuss complex issues with diverse stakeholders and deliver both good and challenging news professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 1–2 years of structural engineering experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification required. Technical proficiency with Mathcad, Bluebeam, and Autodesk products (Revit/AutoCAD).
• Design experience and residential structural experience preferred, but not required.

  Full‑time, mix of in‑office, remote, and field.
• Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000.
