On-Site Field Network Technician

We are seeking a On‑site Field Network Technician to join our service team in the Denver, CO area.

• Knowledge of network connectivity, network security, and Wi‑Fi networks
• Good understanding of Windows server environments and common operating systems
• Ability to work with a variety of customers and vendors (both technical and non‑technical)
• Ability to lead clients through a discovery phase (asking the right questions)
• Aggressive problem solver
• Ability to travel locally to different clients
• Strong communication skills via phone, e‑mail, and written documentation

• Previous network field experience
• Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (SMTP, FTP, SMB, ports, TCP/IP)
• Hands‑on experience supporting users on Windows Desktop operating systems and mainstream Microsoft applications
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with clients
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Good understanding of Mac OS environments
• CompTIA Network+ certified
• Previous experience working in managed IT services
• Basic understanding of VOIP technology
