Lead the negotiation, structuring, and placement of all 3rd‑party credit facilities used to finance Arrow Electronics and its global subsidiaries.

• Public debt market offerings (SEC‑registered) including long‑term bonds and short‑term commercial paper.
• Private or bank‑market financing such as term loans, revolving credit facilities, money‑market loans, overdrafts, bank guarantees, derivative trading limits, and other credit extensions.
• Asset securitization facilities supported by accounts receivable or other structured financing arrangements.
• Prepare forecasts for interest expense, communicate forecasts and variance analysis with FP&A and upper management.
• Partner with Treasury Operations and Arrow Tax to plan and execute intercompany capital structure transactions.
• Optimize the mix of 3rd‑party financing sources in terms of:
  • Structural flexibility (cov‑enants, legal aspects)
  • Long‑term liquidity (weighted average duration)
  • Short‑term liquidity (intra‑day borrowing cut‑off times)
  • WACC, fixed vs. floating exposure, currency denomination of debt instruments
• Coordinate planning and execution of Arrow’s share repurchase program.
• Lead structuring of large inventory programs for the Supply Chain Services business.
• Manage relationships with all 3rd‑party lenders for Arrow Capital Solutions.

• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years related experience with a 4‑year degree; or 8 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
