We are seeking a motivated Loan Processor to join our team and help individuals refinance their car loans. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and verifying documentation from applicants, ensuring the accuracy of information, preparing the loan file for review by underwriters, and acting as a key link between the loan officer, applicant, and underwriter to facilitate a smooth loan process while adhering to guidelines and compliance regulations.

• Gather documents from customers that are needed to refinance their loan.
• Verify accuracy of information on applications, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Prepare loan files by organizing documents into a comprehensive loan file.
• Communicate answers to applicants regarding the loan process and request additional documentation when needed.
• Ensure loan applications are processed in accordance with relevant lending regulations and company policies.
• Accurately input loan data into the loan management origination system.
• Collaborate with loan officers, and other departments to facilitate a seamless loan process.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in auto loan origination or a related field.
• Proven ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers.
• Strong understanding of the auto finance industry and loan products.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using loan origination software, Docu Sign, and other relevant technology.
