Business Solutions Manager – Legal Finance Administrator

A boutique law firm is looking to identify a Legal Finance Administrator. Must have a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA or CLM a big plus.

• Full‑cycle revenue management, cash flow monitoring, month‑end close, expense reporting, compliance, payroll, and financial reporting. Support on tax filings and financial audits.
• Maintain and monitor all general ledger accounts to provide accurate reporting.
• Reconcile all firm bank accounts.
• Manage all accounts payable, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and within established terms.
• Manage firm payroll process semi‑monthly, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation and tax filings, and 401(k) eligibility tracking.
• Manage paid time off (PTO) tracking for non‑exempt employees and adjust for firm closures.
• Handle W‑2 preparation and distribution for all employees annually.
• Collect and maintain W‑9s from vendors and issue annual 1099s to ensure accurate reporting of non‑employee compensation to the IRS.
