Location: Centennial & CO Springs

Compensation: $95,000 - $100,000 w/ Bonus Structure

Licensure: LCSW, LPC, or LAC

Position Summary: As a Clinical Director at BHG, you will lead clinical quality management initiatives across treatment centers within a geographic network. Ensure alignment with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements while supporting clinical teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead weekly (or bi‑weekly) supervision-for-supervisors meetings to monitor clinical quality care and service delivery in the designatedvsem region.
  • Oversee monthly chart auditing and quality scorecard system, with ongoing monitoring of clinical service delivery and documentation improvement.
  • Provide and facilitate clinical training virtually, in‑person, or by reviewing OnDemand LMS courses assigned to clinical job roles in the designated region.
  • Lead review of course assignments in the designated region to ensure alignment with state regulations, payor preferences, and additional stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead review of policies, procedures, and job aids to ensure alignment with state regulations, payor preferences, and additional stakeholder expectations.
  • Support programs’ responses to chart audit findings, including developing and administering action plans, training, and follow‑up to resolve identified documentation and service delivery deficiencies.
  • Proactively identify gaps and risks in clinical services and documentation; report trends to leadership and support the implementation of needed corrective actions in a timely manner, along with training when needed.
  • Identify and recommend continuous quality improvement opportunities.
  • Understand the clinical service and documentation requirements for State, Federal, Joint Commission, and third‑party payors in their assigned regions.
  • Support the clinical and quality improvement initiatives of the organization, including service expansion, with planning, organizing, tracking, and coordinating these initiatives to ensure the standardization of best practices for BHG’s clinical operations.
  • Work closely with the Regional Directors and Program Directors to assist in regional initiatives.utc.

    Provide support, training, and education to center clinical teams to improve quality of care to patients.
Qualifications
  • Licensure & master's degree required.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in clinical supervision or quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and billing/coding auditing.
  • Ability to manage workload and mentor staff effectively.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
  • Effective communication via phone, virtual meetings, and in‑person.
  • Travel up to 50% to treatment centers and meetings.
  • Variable workload with occasional high stress.
  • Standard medical office conditions; prolonged keyboarding.
