The BI Analytics Developer I is responsible for generating ad‑hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end‑users using system tools and database or data‑warehouse queries and scripts. The role involves integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Additionally, the BI Analytics Developer I assists in configuring and upgrading software, supports the operation of software environments, and helps meet the IT needs of the business.

In this role you will generate ad‑hoc reports and regular datasets, assemble requested data elements, support software system configuration and upgrades, respond to incidents, resolve problems, collaborate with teammates to ensure data accuracy, maintain documentation for data processes, and provide training to end‑users on report generation and data analysis tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
• Typically entry‑level 0–2 years of experience.
• Certification varies by business system.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software configuration, CI/CD, and business processes.
• Familiarity with software environments and upgrades.

• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Pay range: $65,450.00 – $89,993.75 (base salary is determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on qualifications).
