IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, Data Analyst
Pay rate range: $55 - $59/hr on W2 all inc.
Duties- Lead the end-to-end management of the ERP assessment and implementation project, from planning through execution and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource assignments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business process owners, and external consultants.
- Facilitate workshops to document current workflows, identify process optimization opportunities, and define future-state requirements.
- Oversee data readiness activities, including data cleansing, migration planning, and validation.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training programs.
- Track and report on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and training modules to enable a smooth transition to the new ERP system.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms).
- Demonstrated experience in organizational change management for large-scale technology or process transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, optimization, and automation.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, , SharePoint).
- Prosci or similar change management certification is a plus.
- Required:
Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related. - Required:
PMP certification is required. - Preferred:
Master's or equivalent experience.
