This is an IT Project Coordinator – Level I position based in Centennial, CO (100% onsite).
We are seeking a Project Coordinator – Level I to support IT and network-related projects. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual eager to gain hands-on experience in technology, telecom, or IT project environments.
The successful candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and skilled in managing multiple tasks while supporting project execution. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure tasks stay on schedule and communication is clear and effective.
Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain a high-level project schedule for IT and network deployments
- Forecast labor needs up to 8 weeks in advance and adjust based on project demands
- Create and update daily production plans reflecting available equipment and labor
- Monitor project milestones and escalate delays or risks to project leads
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide high-quality customer service and respond professionally to inquiries
- Assist in tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- 1–2 years of experience in IT, telecom, or technical project coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and efficient time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project scheduling, task tracking, or technical planning is a plus
