Network Engineer III - DOCSIS

* About the Role:

* * We are seeking an Intermediate Network Engineer
* to join our team and support field issue resolution. This role involves troubleshooting complex networking problems, collaborating with vendors, and working closely with internal teams to reproduce and resolve issues in a lab environment. You'll play a key role in optimizing network infrastructure and ensuring high performance across enterprise networks. Hybrid schedule with needing to be on-site 4 days a week.

* Responsibilities:
* * Investigate and resolve issues on enterprise networks, including hardware and software components.

* Reproduce field issues in a lab environment for root cause analysis.

* Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop solutions.

* Design and document network architecture.

* Assess existing technologies for performance and capacity gaps.

* Establish security, connectivity, and access parameters.

* Provide recommendations to optimize network infrastructure.

* Test and tune security devices and systems.

* Program routers and switches.

* Implement communications technologies (data and voice).

* Manage network services from planning through implementation.

* Required

Skills & Experience:

* * Strong knowledge of

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
