Logistics Solution Delivery Manager
Responsibilities- Drive strategic direction of functions in Logistics and Manufacturing in IT services, system health, performance metrics, and IT project management.
- Oversee the implementation of technical and functional solutions for Arrow’s global warehouses and manufacturing centers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects; manage resources and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Manage staff, including hiring, performance management, salary administration, career development, motivation, and team building.
- Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinate work activities with other leads and managers.
- Deliver systems analysis and design to support projects and requests—data analysis, data model design, business process analysis, hardware and software analysis.
- Accountable for project request estimates, prioritization, and planning.
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the project delivery team in logistics and manufacturing.
- Manage results of moderately complex delivery teams including subordinate work leaders in multiple units.
- Drive strategy, planning, and negotiations to serve client needs.
- Create and administer department and project budgets.
- Build and maintain strong business user relationships, understanding needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage vendor evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring to service agreements.
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4‑year degree; or 8 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing multiple related teams.
- Effective communication of project status, financials, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders, both technical and non‑technical.
- Experience managing financials of multiple implementation and conversion projects.
- Accountable for performance and results of multiple related units.
- Provided leadership to managers, supervisors, and/or professional staff.
- Developed departmental plans, including business, production, and/or organizational priorities.
- Applied expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent.
- Provided input on resource planning and policy development.
- Controlled resources and policy formation in area of responsibility.
- Identified applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems.
- Led and motivated project teams, fostering collaboration.
- Managed large teams of professionals and/or junior managers.
- Coached team members on performance and recommended pay actions.
- Warehouse and Transportation system experience is a nice to have.
- Project Management Methodologies:
Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. - Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of supply chain technologies and systems. - Communication

This is a hybrid role out of our Centennial, CO office. Candidates will be required to work from the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
