Location: Arapahoe, CO

Responsibilities- Analyze comeback reports and implement corrective measures to address any deficiencies in service quality.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of repair orders, invoices, estimates, and supplements, adhering to established billing and filing protocols.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate technician productivity and efficiency.
- Implement structured development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of technicians.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of business performance in collaboration with Estimators and Shop Foreman.
- Maintain oversight of repair orders, follow‑up systems, and facility cleanliness to uphold operational excellence.
- Establish robust quality control mechanisms to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience required.
