Position: Collision Center Manager - Holman Honda on Arapahoe

Holman Honda Centennial has an outstanding opportunity for a Body Shop Manager to join their team and the Holman Family!

What will you do?
  • Analyze comeback reports and implement corrective measures to address any deficiencies in service quality.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of repair orders, invoices, estimates, and supplements, adhering to established billing and filing protocols.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate technician productivity and efficiency.
  • Implement structured development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of technicians.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of business performance in collaboration with Estimators and Shop Foreman.
  • Maintain oversight of repair orders, follow‑up systems, and facility cleanliness to uphold operational excellence.
  • Establish robust quality control mechanisms to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Benefits:

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $87,550.00 - $ USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
