• Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30, man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%.
• Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites.
• Independently start and manage projects.
• Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices.
• Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Have experience managing 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30, man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%.
• Have demonstrated success supervising 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites.
• Have experience leading both large construction and data center projects.
• Have experience utilizing prefabrication.
• Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives.
• Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship.
• Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications.

Colorado Pay Range: $120,000 USD - $160,000 USD
