Salary: $70,000 – $92,000 per year

My Neighbor Felix, one of Colorado’s most vibrant and experiential dining concepts, is seeking a talented Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team at the Centennial location. We are looking for a hospitality-driven leader with a passion for guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing all daily operations, ensuring that every guest has an elevated and memorable experience rooted in the Felix brand. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated manager who is eager to grow into higher leadership roles—our Centennial GM is deeply committed to developing, mentoring, and preparing the right AGM to become the next General Manager within our company.

• Lead floor operations with a strong presence and exceptional guest engagement
• Support the GM with scheduling, labor planning, and team oversight
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing development of staff and managers
• Ensure consistent execution of Felix brand standards, policies, and service expectations
• Oversee inventory processes, R&M needs, and daily operational checklists
• Support execution of events, high-volume shifts, and peak business periods
• Uphold a culture of accountability, communication, and hospitality excellence
• Build strong relationships with guests, the team, and leadership

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience required (full-service strongly preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Proven success in high-volume environments with attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to analyze and manage labor, service flow, and operational performance
• Professional, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Passion for hospitality and a growth-oriented mindset

• Competitive salary: $70,000–$82,000 per year
