Base pay: $20.00/hr – $21.00/hr

Join the Weifield Group Contracting team and work on a fast‑growing electrical contracting project. We are looking for a self‑starter who enjoys hands‑on work, problem solving, and assembly of mechanical parts.

• Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces, or products using tools and equipment according to specifications.
• Work on the production line in our prefabrication shop.
• Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Work with electrical components such as circuit breakers and cabinets, using handheld tools.
• Maintain inventory of product in workstations.
• Follow safe work practices and demonstrate company values (PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, Trust).

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Passion for hands‑on problem solving.
• Mechanical ability and ability to read blueprints and work orders.
• Proficiency with tape measure and basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, diverse environment.
