Position: RN-Med Surg (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Med Surg for a 13-week contract in Centennial, Colorado — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

• Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg setting.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Work towards achieving departmental and organizational targets.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment.

• Current RN license in Colorado with Med Surg experience.
• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
• Proven ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately.
• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
• Proven ability to meet departmental and organizational targets.
• Experience in administering medications and treatments in a Med Surg setting.
• Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.
• Ability to foster a supportive team environment and contribute positively.
• Experience in utilizing data to improve patient care outcomes.
