Registered Nurse - Centennial, CO

Compensation: $65,000 - 85,000 Annually

Overview

Nexus HR is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in a specialized clinic. About the Job

The Registered Nurse will lead a team of skilled nursing professionals, ensuring the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, managing staff performance, and implementing policies in alignment with healthcare regulations. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and optimize treatment plans while promoting professional growth among nursing staff.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Coordinate patient care activities and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care strategies as necessary to improve results.
  • Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting professional development.
  • Manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
Qualifications
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in patient care management and medication administration.
