Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) – Full Time / Part Time

Join Christian Living Communities as a Certified Nurse Assistant working full or part time at $22.75 - $25.56 per hour. Rotating weekends required.

As a critical care partner on the Nursing Team, our CNAs are valued as essential professionals who provide individualized resident health needs. We aim to deliver holistic care encompassing social, emotional, mental, spiritual and physical well‑being.

• Perform daily hygiene care for residents.
• Learn resident preferences and personalize care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report discrepancies.
• Apply safety, infection control and risk management procedures.
• Communicate regularly with the immediate supervisor regarding resident status and condition.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License.
• 3–6 months experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
• English language proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Medium‑heavy physical work; heavy lifting or pulling up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 45 pounds repeatedly.
• Stand, walk, sit, kneel, squat and reach above shoulder height constantly; fine motor control required.
• Exposure to blood‑borne pathogens, body excretions and communicable diseases.
• Frequent interruptions; frequent interaction with residents, family members and visitors.
