Responsible for organizing, directing, and implementing resident care in accordance with company standards and State and Federal regulations.

• Attend Resident Care conferences; maintain accurate Resident Care Plans.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders; systematically order medications and replace expired ones.
• Document patient care issues appropriately and report them as required.
• Recognize signs and symptoms; use initiative and judgment to select appropriate treatments or procedures.
• Supervise and direct ancillary personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Colorado State Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• 1‑year experience in a long‑term care facility (preferred).
• 1‑year experience overseeing and monitoring staff (preferred).
• IV Certification (preferred).
• Computer word processing and database experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Moderate physical effort: handle objects up to 50 lb occasionally and up to 10 lb frequently.
• Possible exposure to chemicals, blood‑borne pathogens, and other infectious diseases.
• Sits, stands, bends, and moves intermittently during working hours.
• Subject to frequent interruptions.
• Interacts with residents, family members, and visitors frequently.
