HCRI is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing concierge longevity and regenerative medicine practice in Centennial, Colorado.

This position will provide clinical support, patient care, triage, medication management, and procedural assistance while working closely with physicians and the clinical team.

The provider will not carry an independent patient panel.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, acute-care assessment experience, procedural skills, and the ability to provide a high level of personalized patient service.

Training will be provided for specialized therapies, including Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).

• Evaluate and respond to acute patient concerns, symptoms, and clinical questions.
• Provide clinical guidance to patients by phone, patient portal, digitally, and in person.
• Manage medication questions and prescription refill requests according to established protocols.
• Provide appropriate clinical follow-up and continuity of care.
• Escalate patient concerns to the Medical Director or appropriate provider when necessary.
• Independently manage and triage clinical inbox messages.
• Determine which patient concerns require provider-level clinical judgment and which can be delegated to support staff.
• Provide patient education regarding medications, procedures, and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on self-administered injectable therapies, including testosterone and peptide treatments.

• Perform blood draws and phlebotomy as needed.
• Assist with IV infusions and injections.
• Perform vein assessments.
• Assist with occasional stem cell procedures in the operating room.
• Support Red Light Therapy appointments and treatments.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Serve as a clinical resource for TPE procedures
• Educate and prepare patients before procedures
• Perform or coordinate vein assessments
• Monitor and support patients throughout treatment
• Provide post-procedure education and follow-up
• Assist with management of TPE supplies and inventory

• Support the HBOT program and procedures.
• Prepare and educate patients prior to treatment
• Monitor patients during therapy
• Coordinate appropriate follow-up care
• Assist with clinical protocols and processes in collaboration with the Medical Director
• Help coordinate equipment maintenance when needed

• Active and unrestricted Colorado Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Current national certification
• Current DEA prescriptive authority
• 5-10 years of clinical experience
• Strong acute-care assessment, triage, and clinical decision-making skills
• Comfortable independently managing patient clinical questions and medication requests
• Experience with:
  • IV infusions
  • Injections
  • Phlebotomy
  • Vein assessment
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• Ability to occasionally travel to other Colorado clinic locations; travel is minimal

• ACLS certification
• Previous experience with Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE),
  Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), apheresis, infusion therapy, or similar procedures
• Previous experience in concierge medicine, functional medicine, longevity medicine, regenerative medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or another procedure-focused clinical setting

Prior TPE or HBOT experience is not required. Training will be provided.

• Base Salary: $110,000–$140,000, depending on experience
