Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN - Operating Room for a seasonal assignment requiring current acute care OR experience and a Colorado or compact RN license.

• Active RN license (Colorado or compact) required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care OR RN experience required
• Robotics experience highly preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Experience in large trauma OR facilities preferred
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Main OR unit within a 284-bed hospital
• Evening shift, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• 13-week assignment
• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2, estimated but never guaranteed
• Utilizes DaVinci Robotics equipment
• EMR:
  Meditech/CPN
• Procedures performed include Vascular/Hybrid OR, Trauma, and Neuro cases
• On-call required from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute response time
• No overnight on-call required
• Scrubs are provided for OR and CST staff
• Ideal candidates are self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
