• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Ensure food, labor, and service goals are within target.
• Conduct monthly P&L review with direct supervisor.
• Work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with 1 day off and 1 on‑call day.
• Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza standards.
• Ensure all stores are staffed and provide training to all team members.
• Maintain repair and maintenance in all stores.
• Implement all new products or ideas seamlessly.
• Maintain a minimum 4‑star store performance level.
• Perform Self OERs the first week of each period and make appropriate corrections.
• Complete evaluations and raises as needed; submit paperwork and notify D.O.
• Follow through all assignments and ensure timely submission of reports and paperwork.
• Ensure all store‑level reports and paperwork are complete and accurate.
• Be familiar with all product and operational standards.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures; keep equipment in working order.
• Maintain store budgets.
• Prepare and deliver all school lunches within required standards.
• Provide accurate and detailed accountability and maintain a paper trail.
• Ensure all equipment is available and correctly utilized.
• Perform monthly inventory checks on each store.
• Utilize and maintain systems checklists and visit books.
