Job Summary

F.u.e.l Salon and Spa is seeking a sales associate and receptionist who is energetic and highly motivated to provide exceptional customer service and work with a successful team. We are located in a dynamic, densely populated area of Centennial and Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The qualified candidate must be professional, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work long hours on your feet while handling multiple tasks.

It is very important that you have a take-charge attitude and can demonstrate success in building relationships with clients as well as service providers. We are looking for someone to work 30-40 hours a week with some flexibility. Duties include selling retail, salon service packages, and gift certificates, answering phones, booking appointments, laundry, salon cleanliness, going the extra mile, and ensuring that guests are blown away with their customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and assist while they shop
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures
• Operate the register to ring up and carry out customer sales
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Take responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance
• Drive sales through targeted product promotions and initiatives
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge to assist customers effectively

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work quickly and accurately at a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
