• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales at an assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with all team members, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy) and Walgreens service traits.
• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, recommend items for sale, and process returns and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, observe stock rotation, and maintain records.
• Assist with price checking, merchandise placement, and store system knowledge.
• Implement company asset protection procedures and comply with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring the store maintains a clean, neat, orderly appearance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

$16 - $18 / hourly
