What You’ll Do
  • Learn directly from an experienced mentor agent in a high-performing Farmers agency.
  • Build strong client relationships through consultative sales and service.
  • Identify customer insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
  • Develop new business through warm leads, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage client accounts, renewals, and service requests.
  • Complete industry training and licensing with full support and study materials provided at no cost.
  • Grow over 2-3 years from an agent-in-training into a self-sufficient agency owner.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership.
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder with excellent follow-through.
  • Competitive, motivated, and growth-minded — ready to commit to a 2-3 year development track.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (preferred, not required).
  • Located in or willing to commute to the Denver Metro area.
