The Customer Service Representative is the first level in the Customer Care department. This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You will establish and maintain working relationships with customers, demonstrating a passion for customer priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate activities and collaborate with team members to ensure customer order accuracy.

• Maintain accurate account records within Salesforce; verify all accounts have accurate discounts, notes, billing information, and owners.
• Communicate effectively and timely via phone and/or email with customers and account managers to ensure questions and orders are processed correctly.
• Review and process all return material authorization requests in Salesforce.
• Work with operations, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure accurate account management information in Salesforce.
• Enter all quote and order cases from Salesforce into Oracle.
• Process all credit requests received in Salesforce with the accounting team into Oracle.

• High school degree/GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 0-1 year of related experience preferred.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Basic proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Oracle preferred.

The target compensation for this role is $21.00/hr–$24.00/hr.
