The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers—online, over the phone, and in person—to guide their vehicle purchase in our no‑haggle sales environment. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information, and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in‑store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience is key.

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

• Over 1 year automotive sales experience
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
• The willingness to follow up, and follow‑up again, with customers
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

This position is commission‑based. The average compensation for this position is from $2,858 – $7,757 monthly.
