In-Home Sales Consultant - Paid Training!

Schedule: Rotating Schedule Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday

Position Overview An In‑Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.
Key Role Accountabilities- Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
- Weeks 1–2:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM - Weeks 3–4:
Tuesday–Friday (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Saturday (9:00 AM–2:00 PM) - Sales appointments are about 2 hours each
- Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
- Guide customers through a personalized one‑call close sales process
- No cold‑calling or lead generation – all leads are warm and pre‑set. We want you to do what you do best: selling!

- Previous sales experience; recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer‑f Byzant roles also considered
