Plumbline Services is currently seeking talented, hands-on HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for successfully performing routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Operate hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors
  • Build client relationships through excellent communication and customer service
  • Educate clients on their systems and maintenance needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve home comfort systems via product overviews
  • Document services performed and recommendations made
  • Adhere to quality and safety standards in all tasks
Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • 0-2+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • EPA and/or RMGA certification preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a desire to exceed expectations
  • Results-driven in a high-energy environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Service Titan preferred
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
