Job Responsibilities
- Respond to the needs of the General Contractor field personnel in a timely manner.
- Communicate honestly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Follow up on all calls/communication with customers.
- Provide adequate and accurate feedback of each Foreman.
- Provide adequate and accurate feedback of each project, including any difficulties, manpower projections, or scheduling conflicts.
- Complete and transparent information and communication with the respective Project Manager.
- Review and Sign‑off on Electrical Scope within our contracts.
- Set, execute and achieve yearly goals set for the company.
- Provide adequate training to every Foreman of company’s Policies and Procedures Manual.
- Provide adequate training in Foreman’s responsibilities (Foreman’s Manual).
- Attend Preconstruction Turnovers.
- Direct and oversee the Job Startup procedure and facilitate meeting with the project Foreman.
- Assist the project Foreman with the Project Planning phase of each project.
- Provide daily visits as needed to ensure our plan for each project is executed as agreed upon.
- Attend weekly Master Lists (Job Status Report) meetings.
- Monitor Project Tasking Reports.
- Job Cost Review.
- Adhere to and train field personnel on proper safety protocols of each project.
- Follow all policies and procedures defined in the company Safety Manual.
- Hold Foreman accountable for their respective project and make sure they are doing and completing what is required of them.
- Assist Foreman with project Quality Control.
- Manage manpower of all jobs assigned.
- Apprentice Yearly Reviews.
- Reporting of General Contractor performance.
- Able to perform all duties of a project Foreman and licensed electrician.
- Provide support and direction to all field personnel.
- Provide insight and support to reduce risk and capitalize on opportunities to be successful.
- Jobsite specific training.
- Provide Pre‑walk inspections with the project Foreman.
- Attend and support Foreman during inspections as needed.
- Attend all project Finals (including Fire Alarm).
- Attend all Electrical Service shutdowns and Service upgrades.
- Jobsite visit at least once a week on each respective project.
- If applicable, attend any OAC/Subcontractor Meetings.
- Attend bi‑weekly Superintendent Meetings.
- Attend monthly Foreman’s Meetings.

Additional information:
This PM role will mainly focus on our Summit and Eagle County jobs. Applicant must be willing to travel and stay a couple of nights/week in Summit or Eagle County.
