- Answerinboundcustomercallsandprovideprofessional,helpfulcustomerservice
- Scheduleresidentialandcommercialserviceappointments
- Dispatchtechniciansbasedonlocation,skillset,availability,jobtype,and priority
- Manageandadjustthedailytechnicianschedulethroughouttheday
- Accuratelyassignjobtypes,categories,and priorities
- Communicatejobdetailsandcustomerinformationtotechnicians
- Monitortechnicianprogressandkeepcustomersinformedofschedulechanges
- Workdirectlywithtechnicianstoensurejobsareproperlydocumented
- Reviewandcloseoutjobswithtechniciansbeforetheyaredispatchedtotheirnextcall
- Verifyjobnotes,photos,materials,andotherrequiredinformationarecompleteandaccurate
- Maintainaccuratecustomerandjobinformationin Service Titan
- Previousdispatchingorservicecoordinationexperienceinelectrical,plumbing,HVAC,oranotherconstruction/servicetrade
- Hands-onService Titanexperienceisstronglypreferred
- Understandingoftheserviceprocessfromcustomercallthroughdispatch,completion,and closeout
- Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills
- Strongorganizationandattentiontodetail
- Abilitytoprioritizeandmultitaskinafast-paced environment
- Abilitytostaycalmandmakegooddecisionswhenscheduleschange
- Strongcomputerskills
