• Perform complete heat pump system installations, including the safe removal of existing gas furnaces and air conditioning units, ensuring each area is left clean and ready for use.
• Handle all aspects of refrigerant recovery, perform system evacuation, and charge systems with precision to meet EPA requirements.
• Thoroughly prepare installation spaces after equipment removal, setting the groundwork for optimal new system performance.
• Interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate installations and efficient troubleshooting.
• Stay informed about local building codes, ensuring every installation is compliant and meets regulatory standards.

• Hands-on residential HVAC installation experience, with the ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and physically demanding environments.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required (or must be in active pursuit).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics for HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all installations.
• Demonstrated skills in refrigerant handling, recovery, evacuation, and charging.
